Shrimp Balls a la Dim Sum YUM!

1. Coarsely chop shrimp, add on egg white, one tablespoon corn starch, 1.5 tablespoons mirin or rice wine/sake, seasonings (at least a little salt!)…. put it all in the food processor and you get this:

2. Scoop the goop into a tablespoon, then drop into a plate of broken rice vermicelli noodles. (smashed/cut into 1/2 inch pieces)

3. Fry for 3-4 minutes.

4. Drain on paper towels – then eat the crunchy things!

Dim Sum on the plate!
