GF Crunchy Chicken Salad

Yummy, speedy AND GF! – all the good things you need and want when making a lazy Sunday Salad for dinner. =)Recipe:
1 bag of mixed coleslaw
1.5-2 cups cooked chicken
1/2 c almond slices
1/2 c. dried cranberries

Dressing:
Mix together thoroughly:
1 c. cider vinegar
3/4 c. sugar (more or less depending on your sweet tooth)
2-3 T. GF soy sauce

Mix dressing ingredients together thoroughly before using on salad. You may only need half a dressing recipe per bag of slaw.
