No witty repartee tonight. I’m done. Too much on my plate. But at least it is all gluten free if not stress-free!
Breakfast: Skillet scramble (potatoes, eggs, veggies), plums and apple slices. (Serves 4) Water and coffee.
Lunch: 1/2 Udi’s pepperoni pizza (burned…oops), white peach, water and coffee
Dinner: Pasta salad (veggies, sausage, Jovial pasta, fresh basil and dressing). Not pictured: cantaloupe and water.
