Gluten Free Everyday Eats – Day 14

I forgot to take several photos today (breakfast…..fruit/salad at dinner….).  Ha!  Busy living, what can I say?



Breakfast:  Pancakes, coffee and fruit (raspberries, blueberries and peaches)

No photo – but my pancakes were based on this old post.  Every time, I mix it up  a bit.

Lunch:  Greek yogurt with raspberries and blueberries, water and more coffee.

Day 14 lunch

Dinner:  Fresh fruit (peaches and apricots), homemade cream of broccoli soup and salad.  One “Rain City Crunch” bar.  Water, water, water.  (I was hot after working in the yard!)

  1. Oh, how I wish I could eat yogurt again. That looks wonderful.

    Let’s see, Day 14, which would be yesterday, it was scrambled eggs and GF sausage for breakfast, coffee, sliced strawberries and blueberries. Lunch was late and consisted of leftover fajita chicken over a bit of rice, tortilla chips and guacamole. For dinner, hubby grilled brats, which I ate bunless with some grillin’ beans and fresh veggies and a pickle and jalapeno chips, which I found another brand that doesn’t seem to contain milk, as many do (Uncle Ray’s). I had a brownie or two with some soymilk and a handful of cashews a snacks, probably a square of dark chocolate as well. Iced tea and water for beverages.
